Ordered delivery multiple times from this location, and the driver, Veronica, is amazing and super fast. Faster than freaky fast. Every time she delivers to my work, it makes my day so much better. She definitely deserves a raise and promotion to delivery manager if not already one. Love this woman.

Went to place an order and the app is saying the zip code is wrong. As it was my Apple Pay that works all the time I’m not sure how it was wrong. I put in card normal way instead of Apple Pay and again same problem. Now I have two pending charges and no food. Customer service can’t help nor can the store. As I don’t want to pay a third time with cash I will find another vender to take my money.

The customer service at this Jimmy John's is exceptional. Shout out to Mari, who actually came outside before I got out to tell me they were closed. When I returned the next day, he was my server and made me feel so welcomed, like i knew him. I travel all over the USA with my work, and I review everywhere, but I have not written a review this long that is positive. You keep up the good job, you should be trainers on customer service there are not many like you.

Cleanest restaurant I've ever been in, inside and out!!! Subs with fresh warm bread and toppings so yummy!!! Service over the top!!!! Thanks JJ

What is the point of being able to request that your sandwich be CUT IN HALF if it is NEVER EVER EVER done? Just take it off the ordering options menu. I think in the last year I’ve had 2 that have actually come cut in half from this location. Why is this so hard? And it would be nice if the meat were ever actually IN the sandwich. This is exactly how it looked when I unwrapped it and does almost every time ?

I went in to get a number 11, and the guy said how are you today , I gave him that look, and went on to ask me what was I going to have today. I said I take a number 11 , regular. No chips and no drink. He said ok told me the price I handed him a 5 dollar bill and he handed me a bag and it had a sandwich in it !And out the door I went . All drama aside its clean and the service is nice
