I've been disappointed lately with this location. Long waits, unfriendly workers, having to remind them I have a rewards number. Last visit was so bad, I and others backed out of the drive thru and left. Other locations are still freaky fast and ask what my rewards # is without me prompting. I will be going to another location in the future.
If you want to spend $20 on a sandwich, get ignored for 15 minutes in an empty store, then have to bag up your food yourself, this is the spot for you.
The service was awful. Especially, the young black lady was super rude with no willingness to help with the menu.

Jimmy John's restaurant has exceptional customer service, with staff who go above and beyond. Delivery driver Veronica is known for her speed and friendliness, often brightening customers' days. Mari, another team member, is praised for her proactive approach and welcoming attitude. In one instance, staff even helped a customer with a mistaken order, offering to cancel it and taking the order at the correct location. Overall, this Jimmy John's is commended for its exceptional and caring service.
