I've been disappointed lately with this location. Long waits, unfriendly workers, having to remind them I have a rewards number. Last visit was so bad, I and others backed out of the drive thru and left. Other locations are still freaky fast and ask what my rewards # is without me prompting. I will be going to another location in the future.
I Asked for my sandwich to be cut into 4ths and was told no, but attest go it cut in half.
Disappointing that I can't get a toasted sandwich after 8:30 at this location. They're supposed to be open until 9:00, but they shut off the oven at 8:30. They should wait until 9:00.

Mari, another team member, is praised for her proactive approach and welcoming attitude. In one instance, staff even helped a customer with a mistaken order, offering to cancel it and taking the order at the correct location. Overall, this Jimmy John's is commended for its exceptional and caring service.
