The customer service at this Jimmy John's is exceptional. Shout out to Mari, who actually came outside before I got out to tell me they were closed. When I returned the next day, he was my server and made me feel so welcomed, like i knew him. I travel all over the USA with my work, and I review everywhere, but I have not written a review this long that is positive. You keep up the good job, you should be trainers on customer service there are not many like you.
If you're looking for a quick and easy sandwich in a pinch, Jimmy John's is a reliable option. Their sandwiches are made with fresh ingredients and are consistently satisfying, with a variety of options to choose from.That being said, Jimmy John's doesn't exactly knock it out of the park when it comes to flavor or innovation.
