Sadly tried to go there tonight and as I was pulling in the drive thru the employee was heading out for a smoke. I saw her shake her head as if I were a inconvenience and fling the door wide open. I quickly rolled my window down and yell “I’ll go somewhere else”. Chick fil A it is!
The prices on the drive-through menu are 20% lower than what I was charged. I have been to other Omaha locations that do the same thing. Won't be back for a while!
Twice in less than a week I didn't get bacon on my sandwich. One it was supposed to be on it - didn't get it, and the other time I paid extra to have it - and also didn't get it. NEVER going back!
