Usually when the food is fresh it’s not a bad experience but today I went through the drive thru they said it would be a 10 min wait so I waited after 10 mins they brought out my food .. I basically received half of what I purchased and my food was not throughly cooked they gave me about 5 bites the string beans were hard and as you can see they didn’t even cut the onions
My son and I came here for the first time. He wanted a "cub meal" but instead of asking what he wanted they chose his side (which wasn't the one listed anyway) and he was able to choose his entree.Manager (I'm assuming) had to leave the serving line to restock some food (understandable) but when you don't tell your drive through you're out of certain items and they have a 10+ minute wait...yikes. we were inside and there were probably 8-10 people behind us. Food is meh, service is slow- even though the pick up timeframe on the website always quotes 10 minutes, it usually takes about 20-25 mins or longer. Also, this place has the WORST crab rangoon I have ever had. I can't even describe the unusual taste, absolutely terrible. And the texture was completely soggy except for the tips.
