We went to panda this evening for dinner at this location, Went through the drive thru. Was being rushed through my order. Advised I wanted a small order of noodles for my kiddo, the lady was like oh I’ll upgrade you to a bigger plate then. Get home and did not get the noodles at all but more chicken. Call and they were rude on the telephone then told me I needed to bring my food back into the store. I live off 30th and Martin. There was no way I was driving back this evening. It got to the point I had to say hello several times in the phone for her to even answer me. Customer service here is just horrible.

The food was the worst I've ever had on this day. I had to wait 5 minutes for my food to be done then it comes out to me half done and super dry. This is the second time in a week. I love Panda Express but after this I'm pretty much done eating from this location.

Got a bigger plate with barely any chicken in the box. The side box for the 3rd entree had literally like 6 peices of orange chicken in it. Def gonna charge this back, scammed for real.

This location has been closing earlier than they say they do and earlier than they post. Tried to get food at 9:20pm.. according to them and store hours posted everywhere they don’t close until 10pm but when I showed up and tried to order the girl working said that they were almost out of everything and what they weren’t out was already put away. How do you have everything put away with a whole 40 minutes left?! It doesn’t make any sense. I understand closing early for being short staffed. I understand closing early just because you feel like it. All I’m saying is change the hours in your website and everywhere else so people do not waste their time coming just to be told no!

The website says 10 am open time on Sunday. The door sticker says 1030 am. There was maybe 1 or 2 employees cooking food, and setting up the store. Which were locked. There were at least 5 drive through customers, and 1 door dash, and me. At 1032 they let an employee in that was locked out. At 1040am. They opened the door to customers. Not 1 food item was ready on the line. Then another employee strolls in casually as we are now still waiting for the food to even be presented. I want to chalk this up to employees not showing up on time. The manager was the 1 here making everything. I go here because it's close to my house. Things like this happen way too often in my opinion at this location sometimes. Especially with the food not being ready in a timely manner.

I ordered online and went to pick up my food and the manager ask me 3 types of proofs to get my food. The manager lack of professionalism and I called the corporate to complain with the rudeness and lack of consideration.

IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I SERIOUSLY WOULD!!!!!! I don’t know if they were prejudiced or racist or what but I have never had this at a panda before!! I eat at panda all the time and spent thousands of dollars here. The past two times I have not had a good experience. Customer service is EVERYTHING!!The first experience with the lady employee: I was there as a dasher picking up DoorDash orders as it’s what I do part time at night. She was rude, and she had no customer service skills and you can clearly tell she hated her job. I asked her while waiting for my dash order if they had shrimp. She said no. I get that. I thought that it was because they were cooking it. Then I decided after I dashed to get food for myself from there and came back. I told her I wanted to order and she’s like for yourself? Just condescending like, as if I can’t eat or afford it there. Then I asked about the shrimp again and she said “ no we have none I told you that.” In my head I was thinking well I didn’t know it was all night, I’m sorry jeez.”Side note: (I called a different location and asked if they had shrimp and the man was kind and explained they are all out and the shipment won’t be here til the following day…etc)A few days later I go back to give them a chance again. ( I LOVE PANDA!!!) this gentleman was just as rude. I got a three entree plate again. I got double orange chicken and honey walnut shrimp with noddles. I specifically asked him if I can get one serving of orange chicken on the plate, honey walnut shrimp and then in the other container I wanted the other portion of orange chicken. That was COMPLETELY NOT A THING!!!! He used the side box for my walnut shrimp and below is the picture. Everytime I’ve gone to panda, they always try to give the customer what they can because a 3 entree plate alone is over $13 bucks. This time he not only disregarded my request, he filled it without “filling it” I asked him can you please put a little more in there and he rebutted it by saying “‘no, you only get six shrimp pieces.” Even if this is true (which I have been given more every other time, it’s an entree side and it’s also extra money to get it because it’s premium) he was rude about it. I could have been okay with that if I didn’t feel like I didn’t matter and they didn’t want to make anymore food so they can go home since it was 830pm. All I know is I love panda, I love reviewing my honest opinion about a lot of places and this one just makes me so sad. I don’t know if I will ever go back to this location and given the reviews and people I know, I will spread the word for others to be on the look out. I will pay hundreds of dollars for mediocre food if I felt like whoever was servicing me cared!!!!!!!!
