I was recently at Jimmy's Egg on Friday. I came earlier than my friend and got a booth. (This might be a long story), I sat down, started looking over the menu and the waitress walked up and asked what I wanted to drink...and I told her my friend would be joining and we'd both like ice water and coffee. Jimmy's Egg has a bright and airy feel, great for starting a weekend. Early Saturday morning is not crowded, but by 8:30 it is almost full. Service is extremely courteous, and food is out super fast and delicious, described as 20 times better than a drive thru breakfast. Portions are big enough to split entrees or take half home. An omelette with cheese and mushrooms was amazing. The waitresses are kind, fun, and take care of customers. Parking is no problem.
