We visited JoJo’s in Omaha and had a mixed experience. The food itself was really good, but the service left a lot to be desired. Despite being the only customers in the building, we didn’t feel particularly welcome when we arrived. After ordering drinks, we waited on one alcoholic beverage while our server—who also seemed to be the bartender—spent time on her phone instead of preparing it. We were also told the iced tea and coffee machine was “broken,” which was disappointing since those are such simple drink options. Overall, great food but service that needs improvement.

Today I tried this place with two of my friends. We waited 1 hours and 20 minutes for our food. The people were very stingy with the coffee. When we asked for more coffee the owner poured just half of the cup…😳🫣🤬 we are paying for coffee!!!
The creamer was served in a little tiny cup… (like a Barbie toys) 🫖☕️!
Time for our food… I asked for cheese on my plate… of course no cheese!!! 😡😳. My friend’s omelette half was burned and the other half was better. She asked for extra gravy to fix the omelette a little bit but she ended eating just half. 💸👎🏽

Stopped in for lunch, chicken Parm sandwich is probably the best in town. Also the av avacado turkey melt and fries were great. Will definitely be back for breakfast food, and a shake.

Very tasty ribs and fries! I would've liked both to be more crispy.$12 9/11/25. I liked the blueberry pancakes. Next time I will ask for no whip cream. I think it diluted the blueberry taste. $8 9/9/25

Ordered biscuits and gravy and toast. Wasn’t impressed at all with any of it. The cigar smoke smell is overbearing. I understand not much they can do about it but not a nice smell when trying to eat.
