I would say horrible customer service - but there actually was NO service! Two employees on duty at the Westroads location on Saturday, Nov. 5th. They refused to wait on me as they wanted to take their break together. I was told to come back in 30 minutes when they were done. If two clerks are on duty, wouldn’t it be logical to stagger their breaks so that someone is always available to wait on customers? The staff are known for their excellent service, particularly when it comes to accommodating food allergies. The breakfast sandwiches and chicken salad are highly praised, while the pastries, such as the cinnamon roll, are freshly baked and warmed up to perfection. The monster breakfast burrito and breakfast BLT were also amazing and fresh. They also create delicious custom cakes with real strawberries. With a kid-friendly atmosphere and outdoor seating, Jones Bros Cupcakes is a great spot for a family outing or a quick breakfast on-the-go.
