I would say horrible customer service - but there actually was NO service! Two employees on duty at the Westroads location on Saturday, Nov. 5th. They refused to wait on me as they wanted to take their break together. I was told to come back in 30 minutes when they were done. If two clerks are on duty, wouldn’t it be logical to stagger their breaks so that someone is always available to wait on customers?
