KFC in Omaha

“This Kentucky Fried Chicken ? ? is located just East of 90th Street on the North side of Maple Street ? I hadn't been to this KFC for some time. They've really dressed it up. I found it to be very clean and neat. The counter staff welcomed us, and all were friendly and helpful. We ordered "Original " it was very well prepared and fresh. Good selection of "sides". So, I give it a ? and recommend you give it a try ? ?

Parking: Plenty of parking and handicap ♿️ spaces available, also wheelchair ♿️ ramp

Kid-friendliness: Kids really love it.??

“While having a particularly hard day at the hospital with my friend, I was very pleased to be treated extremely kind by the young gentleman in the window. He was extremely personable and friendly. He was exactly what I needed yesterday. And the food was pretty good too.“

I deliver my 88 year old mom dinner every night. I've been so tired from day to day that I over slept roughly 4 hours say 930 pm ish . I needed to get her dinner immediately. I called this KFC who supplied 2, 3 pc meals with soda, with an awesome smile from the gentleman at the register who assured my frantic nerves that even if it had been minutes or seconds before close KFC would've been there for me. I almost cried.

“sweetest people i’ve ever met on a random monday night, i went through the drive thru and asked for a 4 piece chicken combo and they told me it would be a 5 minute wait, of course i could wait 5 minutes, i love chicken. they felt bad and had me pick my options of dessert and i said “they all sound good” and the kind manager said “you can have them all for waiting” best drive thru experience ever. kindest and best manager i have ever met in fast food and all i’ve worked is fast food my teen years“

“I can’t say anything about atmosphere cause I did not go in.
A few weeks ago, I went there and was gonna leave a bad review because the girl in the drive-through rushed me through my order and when I asked her why she was rushing me. She said it’s because KFC has a time limit that they have to get food out and people through their really quick, which is I think it’s stupid
But today I went through October 29, 2024 and the drive-through had six or seven cars in it and the lobby was closed and I waited. I was in there for about 15 minutes. When I got around to the window, I see a woman running around like a chicken with her head cut off. No pun intended.
She was the only person in there either other people neglected to show up or quit or something else. She was doing a phenomenal job getting people through the drive-through and should be commended for it so I don’t know what her name was but KFC pull your head out of your butts and award this lady for a great job“

“I wanted them to honor the $5.99 price on the big sign for the bowl meal. Nikki called me ignorant, then she called me an Ahole. Real classy customer service. Even the DM didn't offer to honor the price after admitting that her boss put out the wrong sign.“
