I generally like KFC but the chicken was greasy and way over cooked. I didn't find out until I got the window takeout home. The biscuits were dry and crumbly. The sid portions have really gotten small to feed a family of 6. Got better chicken and fixings at HyVee, and that's not a complement. Won't be going back soon.
Great service
I visited your restaurant this evening and had a disappointing experience. When I pulled into the drive-thru, no one greeted me over the intercom. After backing up and trying again, I still received no response, so I pulled forward to the window. An employee standing at the counter made eye contact with me but continued talking on her cell phone and did not acknowledge me.

KFC in Bakers offers a clean and friendly atmosphere with fast service. The staff is nice and helpful, and they have high chairs and boosters for kids.
