I think the drive through audio needs updated. The employee who took my order had a hard time hearing me. Those headsets do degrade over time. Get those fixed and I'm sure things will be Excellent.

Just want to say thank you.

I deliver my 88 year old mom dinner every night. I've been so tired from day to day that I over slept roughly 4 hours say 930 pm ish . I needed to get her dinner immediately. I called this KFC who supplied 2, 3 pc meals with soda, with an awesome smile from the gentleman at the register who assured my frantic nerves that even if it had been minutes or seconds before close KFC would've been there for me. I almost cried.

10/20/2024 Sunday my client & I. Came in to pick up some Sunday Dinner. We got a 5 pc special. Everything was delicious. The restaurant was so clean too. The staff was very nice helping us. Keep doing a great job.
