The kfc on 6512 N 72nd is horrible. Service is pathetic. Ordered on the app, after about 15 minutes the app said the order was ready. when we got there the food had not even been started. when pissed with the complaint the employee said that they never got the order. so we did and waited for the order which is exactly the reason we downloaded the app for, to avoid the waiting at the store.
