Legitimately the worst KFC I’ve been too. Long wait time in the drive thru line with no response from workers. Having cars lined up with no way out.

The most poorly run business in Omaha. I've now stopped by two times and left before I could ever get food. Plus the lobby isn't open for some reason.

If I could give a zero stars I would. Bought a pot pie it was all crust. Then I was charged tax twice. Think I'm going to report this KFC. Worst place ever. Drive thru employee was clueless could not explained receipt.

DO NOT USE THE APP!!! It took me a few times of giving it another try to finally delete the app. First, it cancelled the order at the last step (literally said 'order cancelled'). Put the order back in a second time which was excepted. Only to check my email to have two order confirmations (now $100 worth the chicken), no way to cancel. Second, we try to call the store only for the phone to ring none stop with no answer. Third, go to restaurant to do in store pickup only to have the doors locked and a manager pointing towards the drive thru (which is 6cars deep from the menu board). Fourth, at the window the employee states we have to take both orders cause they are paid for and in order to fix the problem to get money back we need to call corporate. Fifth, we get home and realized there are items missing!!!! Sixth, can't get ahold of anyone at corporate and are suppose to get an email yet we never got that email but thankfully the money for one order was reimbursed to our card without notification. I really wish I could say this was a one time event but we always seem to have issues at this KFC. From now on when we are craving KFC we will travel the extra 5 miles.

Went to the drive thru and ordered. When we got to the window we had to wait at least 30 minutes at the window.One girl had a straw hanging out of her mouth she was chewing on the whole time and just leaning against the wall. Not helping at all!The girl who was taking orders had zero personality and was just standing there the entire time as well. Neither one of the girls were helping bag food or anything.The guy who was doing all the work was bagging the orders and cooking and doing it all by himself. We saw him ask the 2 girls for their help but nope they stood there and didn’t help. I finally got my order and I checked it before driving away. I didn’t get my complete order. I sat at the window for 5 minutes and the girl didn’t even look at the window to help me. I honked and let them know I was missing some of my order. The guy came over and asked what I was missing and he got it and then gave it to me. Got home to see we were missing the cookies and the food was cold and not fresh at all! I can see waiting for fresh food but what we got was not fresh! The guy deserves a break and some new help! So sad!

Do not, I repeat DO NOT go to this location. Their management needs to get off their butts and hire more people, because the staff working there clearly is not motivated to go faster than a snails pace. Past two times I've gone I've waited in the drive thru for over 30 minutes. Instead of taking orders and having whoever is working in the kitchen making the orders, they do one order at a time and do not even take the next order until the previous order is completely done in the drive thru. I've never seen that before. I also heard the car in front of me tried to order a 8 piece bucket meal, but they were told it would be a 30 minute wait...at 6pm. Your name is KFC, the C is for Chicken...how do you not have chicken during dinner rush? It's clearly the managers fault this location is a disaster, if this place is corporate owned they should step in and clean house.Trust me, spend the extra 10 minutes driving down to the 90th street location, they are an actually functioning restaurant.

The staffs are so mean and disrespectful, I orders 12 pcs chicken with bone but they gave me chicken tenders instead I drove Back and told them that they gave me a wrong order niceLu and they told me to pulled forward, and When I got to the window, one of their staffs suddenly yelled at me and told me that I need to pay extra for the chicken but I said no because its not my fault that I got a wrong order and did not even say tenders. she was so mean and told me to not come back I told her Im really not coming back in this restaurant the Staffs are so mean and rude.

Got takeout, chicken was not fresh at all and very very greasy.Not worth the prices.Delicious slaw???Taters and Gravy good.Better if you dine in...I sure do missChurches Chicken ?
