I haven’t had a food quality issue here. But closing the lobby an hour early while I’m walking up to the door is pretty shady. I guess the parking lot will always be empty. Sad day

This was the most disappointing experience I’ve ever had at KFC. The food was terrible and soggy the African American was hitting on my 12 year old daughter through the drive through and the Caucasian gal did nothing. The vile sick behavior is unacceptable in a workplace. Spending $70 here for foul individuals to sexually harass my daughter along with soggy food is Intolerable.

I ordered the 20 wings for $20 promotion through the KFC app. After paying, my DoorDasher calls me to say the store has no wings at all. There was no option in the app to cancel, so DoorDash tells me to call KFC. KFC points the finger back at DoorDash. Meanwhile, I tried calling the store THREE times and nobody ever answered.

So, I paid for food that didn’t even exist, got the runaround from both companies, and wasted my time. Absolutely unacceptable. If you can’t honor your own promotions, at least answer the phone and help customers fix the problem.

Save yourself the headache and go literally anywhere else.

Waited 15+ minutes at 6pm for 8 piece chicken meal. This has to be the worst KFC in Omaha..if it's not a wait then they are out of something always!! Millard deserves better.

Ordered chicken pot pies. None. And told maybe 1 hour wait. Said I should call a few hours before. Than asked for original chicken instead. Told all they has was extra crispy. 15 minute wait. The q street Millard kfc is absolutely the worst I been to .

The food was terrible. The chicken was dry and didn’t taste like normal KFC. My mashed potatoes didn’t have any gravy. I will not come back to that KFC again!

I went the day before and they were out of chicken. They said one of the fryers was out and that DoorDash had completely wiped them out of all their food. All they had were tenders
I went the next day as I had been craving KFC
All they had was extra crispy so sure
I had to wait about five minutes
I asked for them to make sure that there were biscuits as the last time my husband and I had come by they didn’t give us biscuits, but they did give us the butter and honey. She assured me that there were biscuits. Well, I got a biscuit but no butter, honey.
I will say for certain that he’ll be a very, very long time before I have KFC again specifically from this location

The on line app was horrible. It allowed me to check the box for the free 8 piece tenders but never added it to my order. Thank heavens for Jennifer the store manager she truly saved the birthday party - She was amazing.
