Not so great all around. Polite drive through gal. I live 4 miles from this location and when I got home Open up my sandwich to inspect as I do with take out. The chicken sandwich has been sitting under the heat lamp too long. It had a different colored crust to it and was a bit like rubber. I was hesitant going in as there wasn't anyone in the drive through. The Taco Bell next door was poppin. I went ahead and gave it a shot but unfortunately it didn't pan out and the food had been sitting under the heat lamp too long. Careful. Don't let food just sit under the lamp. There are times for a reason. just keep one piece at perfect temp if waste is an issue during a slow or break in customers. Or, better yet, let the customer know it will take about 4 minutes on that chicken. A fresh piece nice and hot is better than rubber. Mashed potatoes's gravy has huge lumps, at least I hope they are lumps. One is huge! Someone contact me please.
Service was ok, nothing outstanding. Chicken dinner was worst i have ever had at a kfc. Even the potatoes and gravy were terrible and biscuit were undercooked. Pop machine, was terrible pepsi was out the fruit punch tasted like rotten something. Not recommended.

Went through the drive through and got 2 famous bowl meals. They almost forgot our drinks. Forgot one of our sides and to put corn on the bowls. The girl over the headset seemed sweet enough but at the window it felt like we were an inconvenience while being only 1 of 2 cars. The lobby seems perpetual closed due to staffing so it really seems like they need all the business they can get, but i feel like they really don't want it. I have felt this same way the majority of the times I go to this one In particular.

As we were sitting there, several unhoused folks were wandering around talking to themselves and smoking. Very bad environment.
We sat there as the car behind us also pulled ahead. Then another. Then another.
17 minutes later, at 3:39, we finally got our food. Unbelievable. No apology, no coupons offered, just a huge waste of time for some mediocre food.

If I could give service less stars I would. Um I do apologize greatly for sitting in ur EMPTY DRIVE THRU AND NEXT TO UR BARREN PARKING LOT for a few waiting for the potpie I had already called and asked to be made for me even tho it actually hadn't, I Realized as u so graciously pointed I needed to go move away from the window and go around because I was running up ur times and holding up any possible future customers that never came thru....sorry I felt an inconvenience obviously for so it seemed best I just leave...????? I been thinking about that flakey pot pie for DAYS and I finally had the chance seeing I don't live in Omaha or ANYWHERE near a KFC and I made the travel just for that pot pie. ?
Every time I come here their front door is locked and I have to wait forever when I pre-order.Sometimes they forget about me in the parking lot waiting for my food.I just don't understand how you can continue to let the same management run at this place

I can’t say anything about atmosphere cause I did not go in. A few weeks ago, I went there and was gonna leave a bad review because the girl in the drive-through rushed me through my order and when I asked her why she was rushing me. She said it’s because KFC has a time limit that they have to get food out and people through their really quick, which is I think it’s stupid But today I went through October 29, 2024 and the drive-through had six or seven cars in it and the lobby was closed and I waited. I was in there for about 15 minutes. When I got around to the window, I see a woman running around like a chicken with her head cut off. No pun intended. She was the only person in there either other people neglected to show up or quit or something else. She was doing a phenomenal job getting people through the drive-through and should be commended for it so I don’t know what her name was but KFC pull your head out of your butts and award this lady for a great job

Came to kfc for nuggets deal was told no nuggets ask for tenders no tenders ask for dark meat special no dark meat ask for breast extra crispy only have original. That being said 8:55pm and you closed at 10pm you have nothing this is the third time this happen I will not waste my time and visit kfc again.

I had a door dash order. We ordered 16 piece got a 12 piece. We got mostly thighs and wings, no breasts at all. Won't order from them again.
