I had placed an online order at 8:40pm to be scheduled for pick up at 9:30pm mind you an hour and 20 mins before they closed ? but get told they are out of mashed potatoes and give me this old looking Mac and cheese instead ? and not even that I don't get my French fries, biscuits, the sauces that I had asked for or the "Saucy Nuggets"?. Fried Chicken is a treat for our house. This chicken was obviously cooked for lunch but given to us during the dinner hour. Wont be back for anything. KFC should hold higher standards….lots of other places to get fried chicken. You are the OG!!! Be better!!!!!

My mobile order today was perfect! The woman working the drive thru was a gem! She was personable and so happy. Food was hot and delicious, but I would come back just for the employee at the drive thru.

It's fast food not much to say. However, the fries are much better then they were, that being said, something needs to be done about the chicken sandwich. More bredding than chicken, not much for flavor and kind of dry. Got to say Popeyes chicken sandwich is 10 times better.

Came in with one car in drive thru and no other costumers inside or no waiting line. Waited for awhile before anyone acknowledge that I’m there. Three employee just kept talking back and forth without asking to help me. The chicken taste fine but left an oily coating on top of my mouth.

We ordered for our kids and their friends, who were having a sleepover, about 2 hours ahead. When we showed up at the scheduled time to pick up our order, they started preparing the order (not sure why it allows you to order ahead then? They did this with others who came in to "pick up" orders also) and they were out of everything. They offered to substitute items, so I was given an order of fries in lieu of 8 biscuits and a mix of whatever chicken they had available at the moment ("We could cook some new for you, but it'll take about 20 minutes."). After throwing this hodgepodge of 50% things I had ordered and whatever else they could substitute that was laying around, they heat-sealed a carryout bag (preventing me from checking the order) and I brought it home to find that about 25% of my order was missing.This was the strangest experience I've ever had at a fast food place. My expectations weren't high, but I also wasn't expecting a place that serves basically one thing to be out of most varieties of that one thing. Go here if you're in the mood for a fry cook to give you whatever is nearby, regardless of what you order.

They seem to be always out of food. And I don't get it every please around here staying open till at least 11. So they tell me that you are ordering the food at the trend. That explains why they are out of food by 7 pm.i think of at least two years ago and then ordering the food. Even if all you have to do is split it 50 50 that will still work more food for you people that do stop on the way home

The last 2 times I've went there, I ordered the 3 piece big box and it's been nasty. Whoever is making the chicken, does not know what they are doing. There is so much coating on it that parts of the coating is not even cooked. It tastes nasty, it's like it's been sitting there all day or longer. I use to love KFC. Now I go to Popeyes.
