For years I’ve been having a gyro on Monday for dinner to share with my wife at home.
I get it to go with everything seperate because it’s about 30 miles to my house. It reheats better seperated.
I get 2 sauces. Today I was charged for 2 sauces, while I would gladly pay for the one extra, when I pointed out the gyro comes with sauce, the lady said because I asked for it seperate she said there was an additional seventy five cent charge. $1.50 total. So...
I didn't used to mind spending $20 for a salad with chicken and feta cheese. The chicken was an amazing amount almost like half a chickens worth, and the feta cheese was piled on. However recently when I went, they cut back on the amount of chicken significantly as well as the feta cheese. There were four chunks of tomatoes, about a quarter pound of chicken and little sprinkles of feta cubes. For $20 it seems like I should get a decent portion, but unfortunately portion cutbacks...
OK, so I’m a local. I love going out to eat but try to cook. I’m down a couple times a month for a nice fairly expensive dinner out. But King Kong is bad ass on the budget. Their side salad is a full salad. Their steak was tender and juicy and flavorful. I cook a bad ass steak, but I thought it was worth coming on here and leaving a review. I obviously like their gyros, but this is the first time I had sirloin. The Greek salad and even their side salad is unmatched. Yup mentioned...
