Ah, Legacy Chophouse—where the only thing consistent is inconsistency.
I dined here with a group of eight, which in hindsight feels like seven too many people to witness my slow descent into steak-related despair. I ordered my steak medium-rare. What arrived was medium, which is just the restaurant’s way of saying, “Close enough, right?” No problem—I sent it back, giving them a chance to redeem themselves.
