Ordered 1 pepperoni and 1 beef pizza and was a 10 minute wait according to the front counter person. Turned into 25 minutes for 2 very crispy pepperoni pizza that I had to wait 25 more minutes for. They refused to give me my money back for the order as well after I drove back to the store to complain.

Used the app to order early since Hot n Ready has not been a thing for a while... 30 minutes to pick up, great! Except, standing (yielding to a lady and her two children to sit in the three plastic chairs available) in the lobby for an additional 30 minutes, after arrival, has now become the new norm..
Cheap pizza is a trade-off on quality to value time; unfortunately, the cost of better quality pizza maintained the value of my time.

Waited 2 hours for my order and called for a status and got hung up on. The pizza was delivered burnt to a crisp
They never have hot and ready pizza and I've never been able to get food from here in under a half hour. 4 times in a row I've come during hours they supposedly are supposed to have hot and ready and have had to wait. The last time it took over an hour just to get a pizza. This time it took over 15 mins just to get through the line of upset customers most of which just wanted a refund for the long wait.

Used to love this location, but not as of lately. The past 4 times I've ordered from them online, they've given the wrong pizzas to me & have a bad attitude about replacing their mix up. I've worked food many times before, I understand how stressful it can be, especially during rush times, but that shouldn't stop them from double checking orders. Not to mention, even placing an online order, you still have to wait well past your pickup time. I wouldn't mind if it was 15/20 minutes, but not 30+ minutes each time. Their customer service isn't there, either. No friendly greeting, no apologies for the mess ups, no customer service in general, just attitude lately from their workers. Unfortunate.

I ordered delivery at 5:12pm on 7/20/2024 it arrived very fast but it is only a mile and a half away. I opened the pizza box to realize that my pizza was burnt and cut unevenly. My crazy bread was good though.

I. Called the store on a Saturday to order pizza for my team, the person who answered the phone. Her name was Stacy. She was so kind and pleasant and uplifting, she kind of made my day when I met her. She was even sweeter than I thought she would be. What a great experience, thank you, Stacy.
