I don’t even need to taste the food to recognize I won’t be back at any little Caesar’s for a long time. I ordered my food through the app which was actually convenient, they give me a window of 5 minutes to show up, I arrive at the later time knowing that it will take a little bit. I am the only customer in the store for the first 5 minutes after being told it is coming out right now. I then proceed to wait 15 more minutes while 4 other customers come in ordering and leaving with the same exact food that I ordered. Luckily after all of that time I hear them say to start working on my order. All I needed was two crazy puffs and apparently ordering 15 minutes ahead of time then waiting 15 minutes after the supposed pickup time isn’t enough.I wouldn’t mind the wait itself if the time that the app told me was even close to accurate and if they weren’t actively handing my food away to customers that arrived after me and didn’t have an online order. I can be flexible but this was unlike anything I’ve ever experienced before.Edit: After posting this review I waited another 15 minutes for a total wait time of 45 minutes, 30 of which were after the pickup time! All of this and no acknowledgment about the wait I just endured.

Nasty is the best that I can say about this location. The workers do not wear gloves. I’ve seen them touching their face and hair. This is how germs are spread. 2 of the employees are not wearing gloves.

I've been going to this location for many years. It's always been above average. I tried to buy a lunch special today at 2:05. Normal window ends at 2:00 but traffic was backed up. They wouldn't sell it to me. I missed the cut off by 5 min. They had one sitting in the warmer! I saw someone order one on a Saturday at 3:00 PM a week ago at this location! Way to go LC! Are you telling me the on-duty manager doesn't have the ability to do an override for a loyal customer who wanted to buy a pizza that was going to be thrown out anyway? I'll switch to another location with better customer service.

Seriously the ugliest pizza I've ever had there wasn't any cheese on most of it and the crazy bread was extremely dry and over cooked.
Ever since the long-time manager Ethan left, this place has gone down hill. Second visit here after going here weekly for 25+ years and they didn't have my order ready again. Placed orders through the portal and they're never ready. First one was completely lost. Had to get refund. Second one was not ready after I gave the order a 4 hour lead time. Probably won't be coming back here.

We are frequent flyers at this establishment. ?We especially enjoy the EMB options. The Hot N Ready, pizza portal and low, volume-based prices are the reasons Little Caesar’s has done so well over the years. Keep it up!

Common Little Caesars location, small end of strip mall. Arrived when the pizza was to be done, but it needed another 5 mins to finish. Workers were nice to call out names to those waiting rather than just stuff into their warm locker / low contact with guest lockers. Pizza was as ordered and hot.
