My husband went tonight to pick up a sandwich for us to share. Everything he asked for was done 100% correct. We’ve been going to different Little Kings since 1976 when I started to go to the one in 50th and L st next to K Mart. Well tonight was the first time my husband came home from picking up food and was so excited in what a GREAT experience he had. He said ALL THE EMPLOYEES were so nice and he had a great time with them. So many times people forget to give kudos and would rather complain. Not us. These Emoloyees need to be praised. Thank you Christen Nathan and Shannon. I’m praying I have the names right.

Little King has been a longtime favorite of ours, but unfortunately this location will not be one we visit again. After my last order was made incorrectly, a #2 ham and salami made without any salami, I went back for a replacement. The sandwich had a hair on it, which was absolutely disgusting and completely unacceptable. It makes me question the sanitation standards at this location. I’ve had multiple issues with incorrect orders here, but finding a hair was the final straw. Sadly, I won’t be returning to this Little King. When I called he seemed annoyed that I wouldn’t come back for a new sandwich and said they can’t do refunds so he didn’t know what I wanted him to do. I’m just disgusted.

Update: a nice lady called us and offered a refund to our card.

Did an online order, when we went to pick up the order it was not there. We were told we were at the wrong location, that we made a mistake. Called back after leaving to verify that our order was sent to the Millard location, again was met with blunt rudeness. After a few moments of something happening on the other side end of the phone we were told the order just came through (40 minutes after it was placed) and they would get started on it. Blamed their system. Since I had already paid we just went to get the food for the second time. Service was rude. Hot sandwich was hardly warm, one sandwich was made incorrectly. Honestly was shocked at the experience and lack of humility or simple kindness.

I'm not from Omaha. The Little King we had in Sioux City closed so I snag a #17 The Royal Treat when ever I come into town. Can't beat there Subs as far as I'm concerned.

I always go through the drive-through & pick up a small tuna salad sandwich made the Little King way. The mngr told me the bread they use is made fresh & delivered daily to their restaurant. Service is always w/ a smile! ?
