Great food and service. We enjoyed everything we ordered! My kids are picky eaters and loved the spaghetti. My youngest said when he's older (10-15 years) he's returning here.

We waited 1 hr and a very rude waiter (Kerry) who did not share his name till asked and acted hurried and annoyed that he had to wait on us. I tried to empathize as hostess told us there was only 2 servers( we waited 1 hour) and relayed to him from onset I felt for staff as knew he was overwhelmed and instead of appreciating my comment he took his anger out on us and said no one wants to work. It wasn't till the bill and probably his expectation of a tip did he even remotely act civil. Each encounter we said thank you in hopes he would respond appropiately but he was so hyper and angry with the circumstances he didnt even respond in kind. The food was good but the experience was tarnished by the waiters attitude. I contacted Lombardo's on their web page but never received any response.

I've never been to Lombardo's for dinner, but my family and I love their brunch. It's never too full, which is surprising, but the food is always amazing and they have incredible drink specials on their mimosas. Would definitely recommend trying the morning brunch.

The food was good but the service from our waiter was some of the worst I have ever received. We literally felt like we were a complete inconvenience to our waiter who called himself Keri??? Honestly I have my doubts that was his name but that's what he told us after he replied "why" when asked his name. No one was upset at this point either it was just a normal request to address him politely. Although I don't know why we cared because literally when asked if he was out waiter his response was "I guess". I have never felt so unwanted in a restaurant as a paying customer in my life. Unfortunately, I will never go back due to this terrible experience. We were told the wait would be 30-35 min but ended up ended up being an hour. We were happy to wait because we understood they were short staffed. What we did not expect was to be treated like actual garbage once sat. Such a disappointing experience.

My husband went here for date night. It is right do the street from our home and we loved it. The service was good and the food was great. They were very busy. We will go again.??

My fiancé and I wanted to try a new place in Omaha and gave Lombardo's a try! We were pleasantly surprised with the place! Really good food for a food cost and on top of that if you check in on the Yelp app you get 50% off an app or dessert! We both really enjoyed our food the eggplant in The Lombardo was delicious and their crushed tomato sauce was great! Our brussel sprout appetizer was good -- maybe a little too charred for our taste but good! We had to wait a bit to get our ordered in, nothing insanely long, but our waitress even gave our drinks to us for free for the wait which was so sweet because it really wasn't that bad of a wait! Can't wait to come back when it's warmer to sit on the patio!

the service is slow. took around an hour and a half to get food. i ordered the blackened chicken and salad and it was alright besides the fact that the garlic was awful. the bathrooms didn't seem to be cleaned and the cigar smell is AWFUL. a one time experience and not one i wish i had...
It was amazing I don’t know much about Italian food but the server helped me pick and explained what was what I had the tortellini con bla bla and it was great

The entrees and drinks at this restaurant are top notch. The Fettuccini Alfredo was outstanding and the Filet with Risotto was an all-timer. The Tomato Basil soup was a miss and the meatballs were average but the main courses were very, very good. The service was excellent throughout and we definitely will return.
