“These guys are slammed on Halloween. More people need to be on the 5 to 8 shift. I ordered online in the morning to pick up at 6 and was told they are 20 minutes behind when I got there. I went back out and sat in my car. I came back 20 minutes later and was told it's gonna be another 45 minutes. I had friends at home waiting for dinner so they can go trick or treat with the kids. I was quite upset but the associate Ben who was at the register threw on an apron and said give me 10 minutes. I went back out 10 minutes later, they were done. Ben saved the day for our family and I encourage management to avoid putting their employees in such tense circumstances every year.“
“Love Marcos. We go there when we are low on money after bills, while also planning our wedding. However, we tried the wings today and they were basically just drizzled with sauce. I love wings. I’m a big buffalo girl. But these wings tasted like plain chicken nuggets. I think that they need to be tossed in the sauce and then they will be delicious. But now they won’t get eaten cause it’s not what we were wanting. Hopefully they will change this soon and put more sauce“
