Went through the drive thru to pick up order and realized the app was sent for counter pick up. Told this to the employee and they did try to find it but couldn’t. They recommended I try to cancel it but the app said it was too late to cancel. Ended leaving with out food and wasn’t able to get my rewards point I redeemed back.

I only come here because it has a play area. Food sucks and service is crappy, asked for fries Jo salt and got basically burnt dark fries with salt and when they gave me new ones they were also hard! Anytime I come there is also an issue with parents not being parents. I'm kinda over this place already after 4 times. Before they had the a/c lasting so no one wanted to be there now it's just everything else that sucks. Nuggets were cold and hard, cheeseburger was skimpy and the meat patty is thin (almost see through) and dry. I probably won't bother driving accross town anymore for this nasty uncleaned play area that always has issues with parents.
Kid-friendliness: Only one with a playplace and it's not worth it.

Do they not care about mobile orders? Checked in and then waited 20 min for a big mac. Lol don't they ask you if you are using the mobile app when you pull up at the drive thru. Why should I if it takes this log? When given the food the worker didn't even mention being sorry for the wait.
