Where to start .. I wish I could give this location a negative zero review.
Food came out decently hot this time and didn't look like it was made by a 2 year old. But the real kicker is that when you want more than 2, I repeat 2 pickles on anything it is .50 more pre PICKLE. regardless if it is their fancy crinkle cut or the normal is what the shift manager stated.
The next issue is that I was trashed talked in front of me in Spanish by the shift manager to another co-worker! I understand and speak Spanish..yes I called her out for it.
The saving grace is a sweet woman who comes around to clean, take orders and what not gave us more pickles. She should be managing this location as she keeps it running.

I place a special order that cannot be done on the self-service kiosk, and today Maribel refused to take my order while she was standing at the full service kiosk and then I have to explain to her that I can't put my order in at the full service kiosk, I believe they should just take our order and not question while we're standing in front of them their job is to take people's orders as well as prepare them to leave and if that's not why you're hiring them maybe you just need to go with autonomous

I waited 15-20 minutes for cookies and nuggets but come to find out when I open the bag mid way home I come to realize I’m missing my nuggets. I just went home because I was already upset 😞. Great cookies!!!! But no nuggets 🥲

Literally just watched an employee walk right out of a restroom stall and return to work without washing their hands. Spoke with a manager and the employee was made to change gloves then returned immediately back to work again

I guess I don't know what the point is of drive thru KPIs for fast food with respect to providing fast service when they just cheat and send folks to the yellow pole to wait. Don't these KPIs exist for a reason? Edit: oh, I should add, this is not a one-time thing, happen at least the past three times and the orders aren't crazy. A quarter pounder with cheese and a regular burger and two large fries. Not really sure why three other cars got to pass me as I was waiting.

They were respectful, but did not meet our needs and messed up on our order and multiple others at the same time, Went in and they got to us last when they were not busy just didn't feel like fixing our order very disappointed and a messed up cheeseburger

Employees were incompetent and had to be corrected multiple times, they rang me up for a bagel with no bagel, which I only know how that’s possible Definitely would go out of the way to the McDonald’s by the Hy-Vee up the street.

This is the wrist McDonald’s that exist in the Millard area. It’s always packed. No one speaks English in the entire restaurant. They screw up your order in the drive through, in the store, and online/delivery. I’ve lived in Millard for two years and they haven’t changed a thing about their service.
Started it off I could not understand the guy at all. Then when I tried ordering, he kept on being a smart mouth, and kept on asking for the order over and over again. So I decided to leave. Then when I leave, he’s hanging out the window yelling being a smart Alec. Very unprofessional. Couldn’t understand the guy because he could barely speak English, I have a hard time going to McDonald’s anymore anyways. But this puts the icing on the cake. Terrible service, the prices are so high. It’s not even funny anymore. Honestly, the owner of this establishment should be ashamed.

A medium fry was $6 bucks. So over priced for me these days. Everything fast food has trippled in cost. Not impressed. Not bad, but not good either.
