Employees were incompetent and had to be corrected multiple times, they rang me up for a bagel with no bagel, which I only know how that’s possible Definitely would go out of the way to the McDonald’s by the Hy-Vee up the street.

This is the wrist McDonald’s that exist in the Millard area. It’s always packed. No one speaks English in the entire restaurant. They screw up your order in the drive through, in the store, and online/delivery. I’ve lived in Millard for two years and they haven’t changed a thing about their service.

I won’t ever visit this McDonald’s again!

Started it off I could not understand the guy at all. Then when I tried ordering, he kept on being a smart mouth, and kept on asking for the order over and over again. So I decided to leave. Then when I leave, he’s hanging out the window yelling being a smart Alec. Very unprofessional. Couldn’t understand the guy because he could barely speak English, I have a hard time going to McDonald’s anymore anyways. But this puts the icing on the cake. Terrible service, the prices are so high. It’s not even funny anymore. Honestly, the owner of this establishment should be ashamed.

A medium fry was $6 bucks. So over priced for me these days. Everything fast food has trippled in cost. Not impressed. Not bad, but not good either.

National campaign, buy one McRib, get one for $1. Not only is it advertised in commercials, but on billboards and at local restaurants. So why is it that it doesn't pull in the app or kiosk and employees are oblivious to it despite an actual printout taped to the cash register? I literally had three employees including one who claimed to be a manager tell me that deal doesn't exist. The "manager" then said that's only if I order a combo meal. So irritated, I left. Second customer service issue with McDonald's in 6 weeks. Never again. Better food at better prices (not to mention service) can be found at any local pub/bar

I eat at McDonald's most mornings. I have been trying to get McDonald's to fix their app for almost a year so I can order a Bacon, egg, & cheese bagel sub Canadian Bacon. I have found a way around the issue but I have to pay more for my sandwich. I find it worth it because ordering it is usually a hassle and is wrong some of the time. The wonderful woman at the window handed me my bag, frowned, and said, "Are you not able to sub Canadian Bacon in the app? You were way overcharged ordering it that way " I smiled and said. "Thank you for noticing." She promised she would bring it up with her management. She had no idea that she made my day just recognizing the issue because everyone else (including McDonald's corporate) has ignored my issue. (I filled out a survey every day for two months) So they made it that you can only fill out 5 surveys. LOL! Thank you for brightening one morning.
