The food served should at least look like the picture advertised. Food was terrible, all of it. This store takes no pride in preparing food, it’s just a job and they do the minimum to get by. Never Again.

Terrible service! Went up to the window to ask what time they served lunch and with an attitude he said soon! What is soon?? That does not tell me a time. I then asked what time??? And he never answered then comes back and yells in 3 minutes! We took off! Maybe you should train your employees on etiquette!

This particular location is one of my absolute favorites. 95% accuracy on my orders and hardly ever have a problem. The real standout star of this location is by far one of the managers named Jackie. She is so incredibly kind and even remembers my name when I come in to pick up my online food order. Always greeted with a smile which is so incredibly rare in this day and age at a fast food restaurant. My hats off to this location and highly recommend it.

If you want a five-star McDonald's look no further this is probably the best one in omaha!Top quality food crispy salty french fries everything was great.The wakdonalds sauce taste like a barbecue chili sauce. It's not the best specialty sauce I've had from McDonald's but I really do like the anime theme

Best McDonald's in Omaha. Food is always fresh and fries are usually very good. The lady that works in the morning to early afternoon is very nice. Always has a smile on her face and willing to give assistance if needed. She needs a huge raise!!!!!!

You would think if they charge six dollars for a muffin (and not for the meal, just the sandwich), you'd think they could funnel a bit of their price gouging into making the parking lot slightly less of a death trap. But that would make corporate sad,
With nobody in the drive-through in front of us and nobody behind us I do not understand why they have you park in the overflow and you have to wait longer than normal to get your food which was a hamburger and a quarter pounder with cheese. Seems like this is their specialty but yet they are slow at the store to move people
