I waited 15-20 minutes for cookies and nuggets but come to find out when I open the bag mid way home I come to realize I’m missing my nuggets. I just went home because I was already upset 😞. Great cookies!!!! But no nuggets 🥲

I guess I don't know what the point is of drive thru KPIs for fast food with respect to providing fast service when they just cheat and send folks to the yellow pole to wait. Don't these KPIs exist for a reason?
Edit: oh, I should add, this is not a one-time thing, happen at least the past three times and the orders aren't crazy. A quarter pounder with cheese and a regular burger and two large fries. Not really sure why three other cars got to pass me...

I eat at McDonald's most mornings. I have been trying to get McDonald's to fix their app for almost a year so I can order a Bacon, egg, & cheese bagel sub Canadian Bacon. I have found a way around the issue but I have to pay more for my sandwich. I find it worth it because ordering it is usually a hassle and is wrong some of the time.
