Lately, asking for ketchup basically means you might as well stop by the store and get a bottle. Maybe sometimes you aren't going home where ketchup is in the fridge ?

In Omaha I frequent the McDonald's on 42nd off the interstate. The food here is always fresh and ready. I never have to pull ahead here for then to walk out the food. Be careful the fries are hot. Don't burn yourself. With the increase in process across everything I know this place helps with that. I'm always asked if I need sauces and if there's a special order with someone with me. It's made right. The manager Carrie I have noticed is very kind and her crew works well with her leadership. I will go back here.

My food was messed up (shocker I know), so I went to the store, and asked for the manager. The manager proceeded to be snide and rude in having to deal with me before we proceeded to argue about how I was wrong. Like I didn't know what I had decided to eat and ordered. They'll also tell you, "you HAVE to have a receipt", yet ask if you want your receipt? Anyway then the manager proceeded to tell me I had an "ugly face" and then closed the window and walked away. It's funny you chose to take a jab and blow off being professional at all just to come up with something as lame as, "you have an ugly face." . . . Good one. I guess this is the best managers McDonald's can find.
