placed an order for a mobile pick up with a code, and the app somehow took my points and didnt place the order with my free medium fries. I called the location, at first it was little back and forth to get an understanding of what was going on for both parties. the manager there was very helpful, she very kind, and helped me get what i order despite the app messing up. Employees are clueless. I waited 10 minutes for a sausage burrito and an iced coffee. Went to the restroom to wash my hands and immediately came back. Wait another 5 minutes with employees are staring at me, without asking if I needed anything. I finally said hey where's my food, and a lady looked up on a shelf and said oh it's sitting here. How hard is it to NOT put cheese on something? I swear, it’s every time. I ordered a HAMBURGER; it’s correct on my receipt. Be better guys. Jeez.
