wonderful service from these folks great atmosphere and food was prepared correctly
Sitting in drive thru and they told me to wait. It’s a double drive. The people to the left of me got their orders, literally 4 cars and I’m still sitting there. I left. Not cool at all.
Been coming to this location for years. The food is usually hot and good. The service is SOMETIMES ok. The amount of times im ignored, or handed food/reciepts without anyone saying something to me is pretty crazy. The single most annoying thing, though, is that they are unable to give me the correct sauces. 90% of the time, the sauce is either wrong, or just not there at all.

McDonald's on 42nd in Omaha is a place where the food is always fresh and ready, though orders may get messed up sometimes. The fries are usually overcooked, so be careful! Despite that, the staff is attentive and makes sure special orders are correct. One customer found an earring in their food but called it "extra texture," and another experienced blood on their burger. However, the manager Carrie is kind and leads the crew well. The restaurant can be busy, especially during dinner time, but the drive-thru staff often work quickly and efficiently to get orders out fast. Customers have had mixed experiences with the service; some found the cashiers unfriendly and unhelpful, while others received friendly and professional service. Overall, it’s a place where you might encounter some surprises but often leave satisfied.
