I like being able to place an order on the app, then going to pick it up. However, one time I had 1 hour break from 4-5pm, so I placed order before leaving work and set it to be ready asap. I pulled into a stall 5 minutes later, checked in on the app, and then waited 30 minutes for my food to be ready. Great concept, poor execution. Wasted half my break waiting in the stall. I really like the slushies, burgers, and mozzarella sticks. Hopefully next time will be better.
I was just there this evening and the girl that took my order was not the sharpest tool in the shed. My French fries were cold. Actually there was a few of the fries that were still a little frozen. Very disappointed. I do have to give credit where credit is due by saying that the location I went to on 43rd & L Street they have a young man there and I think his name is Kris. He has brought my food to my car a few times and he is such a great guy. Very nice, great customer...read full review

Long time customer. I have always liked Sonic. For a short period of time, there was a very rude employee at this location. I'm glad she is no longer there. Now there's great service and food again. Thanks for everything you do, Sonic team.
