Honestly this place is ghetto and the managers are rude. They scream at you in the drive thru and get mad for no reason. As a customer service employee, I would never take my anger out on a customer. She claimed that was the way she naturally talks, but that sends the wrong message and clearly shows she’s not meant for customer service.

There was a piece of styrofoam in my girlfriend’s ice cream. It would have been a lot worse if she didn’t realize what it was. Not safe or sanitary. Don’t even know how this could have even happened in the first place.

I had #7 (cheeseburger combo). Hamburger meat was mediocre. OTOH I was impressed by generous amount of lettuce,tomato,pickle, & onion included. Tater tots were tasty.

I like being able to place an order on the app, then going to pick it up. However, one time I had 1 hour break from 4-5pm, so I placed order before leaving work and set it to be ready asap. I pulled into a stall 5 minutes later, checked in on the app, and then waited 30 minutes for my food to be ready. Great concept, poor execution. Wasted half my break waiting in the stall. I really like the slushies, burgers, and mozzarella sticks. Hopefully next time will be better.

Waited 15 mins for a coke and pretzel twist. There was no one in the drive through but me, the workers kept walking around and eating and drinking instead of even coming to the window. Worst service I've ever had.

I was just there this evening and the girl that took my order was not the sharpest tool in the shed. My French fries were cold. Actually there was a few of the fries that were still a little frozen. Very disappointed. I do have to give credit where credit is due by saying that the location I went to on 43rd & L Street they have a young man there and I think his name is Kris. He has brought my food to my car a few times and he is such a great guy. Very nice, great customer service and makes sure that I had everything I needed. I give him 5 stars ?????. This store needs better employees that take your order. Kris makes it worth going to that location

Got a roach in my drink. Told the lady and she tried saying it was an ant. She said “oh yeah its an ant I see more in the limes”, then proceeded to remake the drink with the same limes. Definitely wasn’t drinking that.

Got hamburgers and onion rings. The batter on the onion rings tasted sweet. Kind of weird. We couldn't eat them. The hamburgers were good.There was a cute little stray kitty there and we gave her some hamburger. When she was done with us, she went to another car. So cute.
