Why wont they answer the phone for a messed up order?

I ordered two PLAIN quarterpounder meals and received two quarter pounders meals that were fully loaded. I asked for a refund through and only received $7 for my $38 meal. Never order from this location!

The place was very dirty. There were crumbs and trash on the floor and tables. The fries were gross, cold, and mushy. The McChicken sandwich was pretty good though.

This location has always had great food and a great staff. I go to this location a couple times a week and have always been treated as a friend.

This is the rudest nastiest work crew I've ever seen assembled at a McDonald's everybody there is an a hole the Buns were stale fries were cold and the soda mix was wrong basically all water I wouldn't eat at this McDonald's if it was the last thing on earth to eat
