Would not recommend this McDonald’s location. Go anywhere but here. I will never come here, today was the nail in the coffin. The entire staff is rude, and disrespectful. 1). I ordered food, and it was completely dry, and hard, 2) i ordered a sprite, and was told rudely to move to the 1st stall… (for a drink, I received my food as soon as I pulled forward). 3) I am always missing/shorted food. Every time I visit this location, most of the employees are rude, even the managers. I would not recommend coming here.

Only dislike about this place is I'm most of the time I'm told to wait at one of their waiting spots for a basic order, but I never wait over 5 minutes for someone to come outside.
The real reason for this review rant as I'm by far grateful for their service, doesn't matter who's there, they get it done correctly, way better than the one on Ames St and that's my closest McDonald's, their fall off is real, and Cummings St deserves every come up that comes their way.

I have tried contact the manager of this location and have not received a response. I placed a mobile order and waited 26 minutes to get my mobile order when i received it 2 of the 4 items were wrong, given it was a busy hour so I opted to not go in and disrupt their flow but given the current price to pay for a quick bite i would like to get ahold of someone for a refund!. Thank you

So McDonald's got some pretty good food but the thing is they got a problem with inflation of the prices. I get the same sandwich every morning and for some reason I get charged $1 for two pieces of cheese and now all of a sudden it went up to a $1.70 for two pieces of cheese does no one realize a pack of cheese for 24 slices only cost $3 and some more sense why are we being ripped off cheese?!

I had a mobile order. Told to park in stall 1. Didn’t tell me where the certain stalls are located. Then sent a regular toy when put toddler toy. Had to go inside to get it corrected. The floor was covered with receipts from drive thru & the receipts they put on ur mirror. Got an attitude when I asked to correct my order the right way.

Absolutely terrible customer service. They wouldn’t even let me buy a cup of water because it wasn’t on my mobile order. You literally can’t order a cup of water in the app and then they refused to let me buy a cup of water. They were extremely rude as well.
Don’t buy here if you hate having items missing from your order. Manager also has an attitude. Might as well close up shop.

Why does it seem you can never get your food at the drive thru window, always have to pull out in parking lot and wait, even when there is only 2 cars in drive thru. McDonald's invented fast food and now they are the slowest of all fast food....ridiculous

door dashed 20 piece, 2 burgers, cookies, apples, 3 fries, and 2 sprites and literally received 2 orange fantas(?) and the 20 piece w no sauce. that’s it. no straws either. never had a good experience here

Fries were soggy and cold I had to pull into a spot and wait for the food to be brought out to me the burger patties are so tiny it's ridiculous but yet you guys charge like $5 for a double cheeseburger that's insane the Nuggets were cold too so I have to sit and wait for food cold foods
