Everytime I come in there’s always only one worker and the wait takes forever! Definitely isn’t worth $10 for 4 ounces of ice cream. While I was waiting for my ice cream I was surrounded by flies and gnats! Wouldn’t recommend coming to Mixin’s, just get ice cream somewhere cheaper and better. Maybe ColdStone!

Quality has gone downhill. I got ice cream balls instead of real rolled up ice cream. I wouldn’t go back or recommend.

I would typically understand when there is one person working when it’s busy they might take a little longer but the girl working today just took forever and talked to her friend. We ended up waiting over half an hour for our ice creams for it to be mediocre not worth the wait or money at all! Terrible customer service on top of the very long wait.( edit: My family and I came in at 4:12pm and didn’t end up leaving until 5:05pm almost a whole hour! )

The ice cream was really good, location was nice, small but clean, no music so it was pretty awkward, was one girl working looked 16, nice but very silent the whole time.

Honest opinion is that yeah the staff was friendly but we waited basically an hour and only managed to get one of our orders in that time out of 4 of us and the one order had way too much syrup and made me feel sick but I waited to long to not eat it. I would come back and give it another chance but the staff need to learn to move faster and learn what goes in stuff without looking every 5 seconds and if you have 2 rows of cups with orders waiting to be done dont stop and take more orders and tell the people at the door there is a wait im sure they will understand. I want to give this place another chance since ive heard its usually good but the wait time today was unacceptable for the staff to be moving like they had nothing to do.

The good: staff were friendly and ice cream was tasty The bad: the only pricing displayed is a very small $10 on one of their laminated sheets on the counter. I wouldn’t have even noticed it, but one of the staff pointed it out when I asked if I could see my receipt. To me, that’s a pretty high price point. The other thing, was that the charge showed up as Lisavintageboutique. That popped up while I was eating my ice cream - that gives all sort of weird vibes. I checked online and looks like DoorDash has some items for $7 and some for 10. That’s probably outdated… it just seems like there’s a few things that are mismanaged here

Service was horrible, there was a rush but they don’t give you your ice cream in the order that they take your order and my ice cream was given to someone that came in 20 minutes after me . i get that there was a rush but when i asked how long my order would be they gave me an attitude . never coming back again

Just left here. Waited 50 minutes for ice cream because they had to keep starting over rolling the ice cream. When we finally did receive our ice cream, there was barely any ice cream in the cup. I think the employees need trained on how to make the ice cream. Very disappointed.

I’ve had nothing but awesome experiences here! The shop is always spotless and very well kept, which is always the first thing I look at. The owner and staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, you can tell they really care about their customers. The rolled ice cream itself was fire, and I love the unique flavor combos. Highly recommend stopping by if you’re craving something sweet and a great atmosphere!

First time here ordered the campfire rolled ice cream. This isn't the first time to a rolled ice cream place. First my ice cream was not rolled it was more like smashed into the cup and cup seem only half full which was disappointing. Definitely not coming back here. Also parking sucks here.
