My son went into Mixins on 14th and Jackson. He said the lady kept skipping over him so he never got too order his ice cream. I of course was outside with the dog. 10 minutes after he was in there, I asked him what was taking so long, he told me so we left.

My wife and I come here often, There is two workers we haven’t seen before working. We watched the girl worker walk to the freezer in the front of store and take out multiple ice creams, she proceeded to walk in the back and put toppings on them and serve them to us. I asked for them to remake it and she had an attitude and rolled her eyes. Ice cream was good just pay $10 for ice cream and it not be made in front of me.

The lady making our rolled ice cream had long hair that was dangling in the ice cream as she mixed it…the one taking the orders had hers up which is great. But if you’re serving food you need to have your hair up. My husband got ice cream but I didn’t want to chance it as I watched her unsafe food handling. It’s too bad because I wanted to try!
