This place is an easy pass for me. Family visiting Omaha for the weekend and wanted to try this place however when we went inside I noticed how messy and dirty this place was. The entire ice cream set up was messy and gross in spots and the lady working would drop things on the floor and put it back with the condiments and didn't change gloves. The sinks look like they haven't been cleaned at all and I just didn't trust the entire cleanliness of the store, staff and safety of the food. I also noticed that they used Walmart ice cream and I personally will not overpay for cheap products. There are other ice cream establishments close by with better quality and worth the cost.

We were in town from Nashville and had a taste for ice cream, and we stopped at Mixins. What a fantastic experience. We walked through the door with a warm welcome and immediate service. The vibe was relaxed and friendly. The mixology of the rolled ice cream was delicious and original. We enjoy every bite and will come back when we return.

The staff was exceptional, making each persons experience personalized, writing their names on the ice cream prior to rolling it. She was friendly and outgoing.This is our first time having rolled ice cream. We would definitely visit again.
