18 inch NY style pepperoni was delicious. Sauce is very fresh tasting. We also had the ardente pasta, it was different than what I expected but I finished it all so I def liked it. Garlic knots were slightly sour from the jarred garlic I’m guessing but still good.

We’ve been to Noli’s 5 or 6 times now. While the service is always a bit lacking, the pizza is amazing. The reason for the 2 star review is the fact that they do not advertise, list online, or have signage that their slices are only available till 5pm. We came in and put in an appetizer. We only find out after that we cannot order the slices that are available on the menu we were given. I cannot eat tomato sauce and my wife dislikes white sauce. We can’t excuse paying $45-60 for 2 separate pizzas so we ended up leaving needing to finish our dinner somewhere else. Please advertise that you don’t serve slices after 5pm. Put it on a sign, put it in the menu, or put it on the website.

On 6/2 I came in from out of town on business. Stopped in and had the BEST customer service experience. AJ had an AWESOME attitude and gave me some really good recommendations. Everything seemed to be running super smooth and food came out fast! Will definitely be back! Thanks AJ! Looking forward to seeing you guys again!

Maybe if the cashier wasn't higher than Mars I would've gotten my pizza. Her dealer (errrr coworker) calls me when I'm almost home to say that they gave me the wrong pizza. Your mistake pal. I have a last name. Check it next time. I say I want my money back, he tries to play hardball and tells me to come back and "discuss it". I say I'm not coming back until he promised to refund the money I spent to drive extra miles in rush hour traffic because of THEIR MISTAKE. So, Art of the deal puts me on hold. So I just went home and rolled the dice on what the other guy with the same first name ordered. Big mistake. The guy had dysfunctional taste buds. The whole thing was slathered in RANCH. If you eat pizza covered in RANCH you need to play in traffic. I will never go back to Nolis until they hire some employees whose eyes are open wider than a planck length and aren't decked out in hobo chic. Take a shower.

Went on a Thursday night with my wife, the pizza was amazing. I've learned that the Giovanni is my ideal of a perfect pizza! Staff was very nice and quick and the atmosphere was great. The pizzas were larger than expected, so we took quite a bit home and the garlic knots are a must. Prices were great compared to all other local pizza places and I'd even say Noli' was better.
Dietary restrictions: They have an excellent gluten-free pizza crust.

We are so thankful you got rid of your old GM (I believe his name was Adam). He was losing your business money for years with his poor attitude and inability to manage a team. With that being said; service is fine, typical pizza place. Fast casual. Food, not so great. The pizza was undercooked and covered in red peppers, so all the toppings fell off when trying to take a bit. We like this place so we will come back again. Especially knowing that Adam is not there.

The food is great but they’re consistently understaffed. Their online ordering system is broken and an employee said the owners refuse to fix it. I love the food but this is wearing thin. Staff, clearly overwhelmed, are still kind. Please give them the resources they and your customers need or the consistent inconsistencies will drive me away, no matter how good the food is.

Normally I would give Blackstone Noli’s a 5 star, but on a Friday they get 1 star. The pizza was over cooked, there weren’t the extra paid items on the pizza. I will return during the week, but NEVER on a Friday again. Sorry, Joel!
