Pretty standard chain. Smells a bit like old food service sanitizer buckets. Food came quick and the service was good.

I understand being under-staffed but our waitress didn't check back on us for over 35 minutes, I know because I could see a clock on the bar. Not drink refills, not boxes when we needed them. When she did finally did come out from back, she decided to chat with the bartender. When I finally approached her, she wanted to argue instead of just apologizing. Terrible experience. I hope it was a one-off.

Huge shout out to the whole staff, so tonight omaha got hit with a huge storm half of omaha no power and of course a restaurant would not be staffed for an unexpected event so they are working their behinds off our server Madeline running around like crazy kept smiling through it all, the food was absolutely delicious and really didn't take to long. The manager should be proud that this staff just kept going and didn't take any shortcuts in the chaos. Great job!!

Ever wonder why your food tastes so gross while eating here? It’s because everything in the kitchen is absolutely disgusting. This is the WORST restaurant I have ever worked at. Management just sits in the back office and doesn’t do a damn thing. Terrible employees being treated better than the ones who actually show up and show out. If the disgusting food doesn’t turn you away, I surely hope your ethics do and you stay far FAR away from any old chicago. I will never stop telling people NOT to go here.

Always a great place to go when you want some delicious Chicago-style pizza! On our last visit, we had some additional requests that caused a few bumps, but the manager Jermaine was right there with a smile to help us out and get everything straight. Thank you for the great service!

I lost power due to the storm. I decided Old Chicago was close. Ordered the Chicago 7 pizza. The service was excellent. My pizza was amazing. Highly recommend it
