The environment was great. It wasn’t super loud. Our waitress Shelby was very friendly and checked on us just the right amount of times. They did mess up my fillet which was supposed to be medium, but it came well done. David came by to apologize and reassuring us that they were fixing the mistake. We had told him that it was our five year anniversary And thought we would go there for the first time. The customer service I felt was exceptional. They even gave us a card with signatures for our five year anniversary, which was very touching that they were thoughtful enough to do that. I would highly highly recommend. Such a great experience from start to finish. Now I cannot wait to taste the desserts that we took to go.

There was a group there that was very loud, you could hear them on the other side of the restaurant. Their kids were running around, screaming and hollering and the adults did nothing about it. The manager did not say anything to them either. They were all out of hand.
The soup was very cold. Received another bowl, it was so hot, I could not eat it. I had to take it home. It had way too much salt in it. I Received the steak, medium rare, it was cooked as medium. It was good, except that tasted like it was marinated in salt also. I don't know what the problem was, because I have never had this problem with them before. Normally, their food is great. Just not tonight. Sorry Outback. Need to find out what's going on.

Everytime we come here it's getting not so good (I wouldn't say worst). This time, service was very slow. We waited almost half an hour for our waiter to get back to our table and take our order. Even the receiving personel was not very accomodating. Food was ok.

Ordered door dash on valentines day placed an order at 8 am for pick up at 630 pm at 730 pm the cancel my order their excuse? They are "super busy" and had no room for door dash drivers to park....BS! Ruined the holiday...thanks!

Had a valid ID and they refused to serve me on my 21st birthday. Reasoning was because I didn’t have my paper ID (renewal). Which 2 weeks ago they took my boyfriend’s old ID on his 21st and served him no questions asked. Very disappointed in this location and this manager. If that really is the policy then enforce it for all. Instead I went to the CASINO and got in with my ID no questions asked.

Long wait with lots of open tables, people who had walked in way after us got seated immediately. Secondly, the food runners were rude, slamming plates on the table and rolling their eyes at everything we said. We also sat and waited for 80 minutes AFTER ordering for our food, no reassurance that food will be out shortly or anything. Will not be returning

Kid-friendliness: Our server was so nice to our kid. I wish I remembered her name. She gave our daughter extra special attention. It can be tough going out to eat with a Toddler.
