My boyfriend and I went for lunch on Sunday and want to thank CHII for amazing above and beyond service. He was kind, pleasant, attentive and extremely respectful. He listened well and was able to answer all my questions and he new the menu well. He kept our waters full and came around to check on us , the perfect amount of times. It seems like finding good service is rare anymore , but amazing service doesn't exist until Chii waited on us. Thank you Chii for making our dining experience so pleasant.

Came here for their Veterans Day offer. Sat at the bar, was served by Chance, great dude, he was slammed, only bartender working on one of the busiest days of the year. He killed it, also killed it when I told him he could select the cheesecake since that’s the dessert you get with the meal and he did not disappoint!

We love curbside pick up for our late nights at work. We never have any problems with your customer service. But last Night Liam That helped me out was Amazing!!! He really did his job well was extremely nice and let us know that we could order drinks to go. So we definitely added to our order!! Wanted to definitely give Liam a shout out!!

We go there regularly and it used to be 5 stars. The quality of food has consistently gone downhill while the prices rise. For 2 of us (no alcohol) was $75 and the steaks were terrible.

We stopped at the Omaha location to enjoy a delicious Ribeye cooked exactly to order & a very flavorful salmon dish for my husband. The entire team from host, bartender, waiter & delivery person gave exceptionally customer service. We were traveling from Denver to Davenport & we will definitely 💯 stop in again when we’re traveling cross country.
