Panera Bread in Omaha

“Food's always great (get the bacon turkey bravo and the broccoli chedd soup), and I also appreciate that they have tables with outlets available for use. We lost our power in the recent storm and I was able to work from this location for a while. Much appreciated. (Note that if you're going to do this, be a paying customer! Don't be a mooch.)“

“It's a good place to get a quick bite to eat and a drink. Staff are quiet, no common courtesy when entering the establishment but friendly if you (the customer) inniciate an interaction/conversation. I think that if the staff would acknowledge the customers coming in, then the atmosphere would be more pleasant....but overall a good location.“

“I don't generally rate places I've been to unless they're really good or really bad. This one is really good. The people are professional and the customer service is amazing. The food is truly fantastic, and the atmosphere does not give the feeling of a run of the mill fast food place. I like to drop by Panera for a study session with their strawberry-banana smoothie and a chocolate croissant. Excellent on all accounts. Please tip the staff!“

“The lady that was calling orders out was very friendly and helpful. Her name tag said Ana team lead. She was amazing and I didn’t specify on the side I wanted they gave me a baguette, and I simply asked Ana if she could switch it out for a bag of chips instead.

“Panera is Panera anywhere you good. The food looks nothing like the menu photos, employees taking orders are awesome. Food prep varies, sometimes 6-7 mins sometimes 15 min. We always order the same thing. We get food there out of convenience.“

“I recently went to Panera for a pick two lunch. My favorite is the French onion soup plus the Fuji chicken apple salad. Both were delicious and the quantity was satisfactory. I didn’t wait very long either.
I don’t go very often, but when I do, I generally have a good experience.“
