It has been a long time since we visited but are glad we did. All 3 employees that helped us were do friendly and seemed genuinely happy at work! Everything was made as we ordered and very good. We look forward to returning.

After waiting 15 minutes after putting our own orders in, I went up to the counter to see our orders just sitting there. I asked for them and found them completely incorrect. Ridiculous. We will NEVER come back to this self service place again! How disappointing!!!

After a summer of watering the cement in the morning you would think someone their would call the sprinkler company. It's so bad water runs into Caseys lot, across the street. This isn't poor management, it's no management.

I ordered a protein steak bowl with mushrooms, tomatoes, lettuce, and cheese. Also got honey mustard and ranch. When I got my bowl from a 10 minute wait in the drive through it looked like it was shaken and very sloppily made. Also not even half full. There were barely any mushrooms or tomatoes and no rice at all and mostly lettuce. The bowl with a side of friends was about $15. Went in to see if I could have it remade and asked why it was not even half full and was told that if I wanted rice and that I should've ordered a rice bowl. Still never even asked if I wanted rice. The gentleman behind the counter argued about the bowl. I haven't had Pepperjax in years and because of this I don't think I will be coming back. The value and service is not there.

The restaurant was absolutely disgusting. Greasy floor and countertops. Full trash cans. No trays available because they’re all stacked on the trash cans. The inch of thick slime in the basin of the soda fountain was shocking to say the least. The girl in the back had her down and it was almost touching surfaces. She also had her sleeves all the way down and they were clearly dirty. This restaurant is unfit to have guests inside.

I don't quite understand how food that is supposed to be prepared in front of you can be messed up three separate times and then I get attitude for expressing a horrible service. Apparently. It is very difficult to make a chicken Philly and include the mini corn dogs in the kids meal. Nevermind the 25 minute wait. I won't be back and $12 for 2 drinks+a cookie, get real
