I love how accommodating they are here. I ask for rice without cilantro, and although they have to get it from the back, they always do without hesitation. Facility was clean, staff friendly, and quick. My only complaint is that they seem a tad expensive, but portions are huge, so it makes the price point better!

The employees were all Iin the back talking my husband had to yell for them to come up front and take our order. The bathrooms were really neglected with overflowing trash and filthy, it appears they didn't get cleaned at all. The lobby looked like it did get and attention however. Servings of fries were the smallest we have every gotten from any pepper Jax we have been to previously.
Kid-friendliness: My two picky kids did like the apple juice boxes and chicken kids meal

Waited almost 15min at the window of drive thru before anyone came to window and then I get this for my toddler how is he suppose to eat this burnt and hard as a rock?! If I waited that long should have came out perfect not like this so my toddler had to wait for more food till we got home. It wasn’t even busy. It was 2 in the afternoon

Worst service of all time. Do not even think of going here for your lunch. They have a one way in one way out lane around the store.. once you enter you cannot leave. So far I've been in the Drive-Thru for 45 minutes.
I'm not even getting food here I don't have time to eat I just have to leave now. Do not make the mistake of getting trapped here in this horrible place.

Order is wrong each time....and tonight I left with 2 fries and 1 sandwich. When I got home for us to eat. I was so freaking pissed I had no desire to go back out into traffic. Never again will I go back there!!!!!! Bring back KFC!!!
Fast forward 10302024, I decided to return. Lunch hour, on hold forever at the drive through lane. Management should train staff working drive through to not put individuals on hold. That is why it is called "drive through." People want to place their food right away, and continue on during their lunch hour.

They forgot to sauté the onions with my mushrooms on my Philly so they just threw them on, raw. Yuck....
You'll see from my other reviews of PepperJax that I am forever disappointed.. Why then would I keep going or keep going to different locations.. I miss PepperJax from 20yrs ago.. it was the right balance of greasy yet not. This location is so amazing.. not to greasy.. hot as heck. My only real moment of disappointment was the issue with the cheese just chunked at the bottom.. The next time I went I asked for them to mix the cheese in.. Which they did!! For the 1st time in years I absolutely enjoyed the food!!! (Just wished I remembered to ask them to cut the sandwich..
Downside.. Soda out of the fountain is not that great.. The benches are HARD and majorly uncomfortable. The last visit was attacked, and had to fight for my food with the flies. Totally not the employees fault..
The employee christian did an AMAZING job!! Never had a fast food worker be so kind and helpful! He was also very talkative and polite!

I just came here for lunch, the guy that took my order was very dry and seemed irritated. I won't return to this particular location the food always test very blend and the workers are unwelcoming.
