I love how accommodating they are here. I ask for rice without cilantro, and although they have to get it from the back, they always do without hesitation. Facility was clean, staff friendly, and quick. My only complaint is that they seem a tad expensive, but portions are huge, so it makes the price point better!

You'll see from my other reviews of PepperJax that I am forever disappointed.. Why then would I keep going or keep going to different locations.. I miss PepperJax from 20yrs ago.. it was the right balance of greasy yet not. This location is so amazing.. not to greasy.. hot as heck. My only real moment of disappointment was the issue with the cheese just chunked at the bottom.. The next time I went I asked for them to mix the cheese in.. Which they did!! For the 1st time...

I really hate this Pepper Jax. Whenever we come here the fries are perfectly crispy, seasoned amazing, and super fresh. Every. Single. Time. The burritos also just taste better here too. I’ve tried most of the Pepper Jax around Omaha and I’m annoyed that the one furthest a way is leaps and bounds better than the rest. This has become the only one I’ll go to because I’m never disappointed in the fries or food. Whatever you’re doing keep it up and possibly show the other...
