My sandwich was nothing like the image on the menu. I mean I know they are not 1:1 but dang this one is bad. It was a group order that was brought to an event I was working so no way to go back and get it fixed. I mean come on. One little sad lonely pepper.

I will not eat at this location again. I have DoorDashed from here and ordered togo (in-person) and did not have a good experience either time. They rushed my sandwich both times so there were barely any ingredients in my sandwich and you can tell it was clearly rushed with how messy it was. They tried to make it right when my DoorDash order was made incorrectly by offering me a free sandwich the next time I came in but I didn’t take it. I gave them another chance by coming in person today and had another poor experience. It’s unfortunate because I love Pickleman’s not I will not be coming back to this location.

This place was great! I tried this place because my sister is obsessed with it, and I got a pizza called... uh... well I forget what it's called but it was named something about a pig or hog, with a lot of meat and peppers. All the menu names were pretty fun lol. The service was super fast and efficient, and it was fun that you could watch the pizza get made as you were waiting. There was plenty of seating and the place looked clean and smelled delicious. The only gripe I have is that it was expensive, being even worse per person than Chipotlé, but I suppose that's what you get when you order a whole pizza per person lol, so I can't complain too much. The pizza was delicious, the toppings were fresh and the sauce was great, and the crust was soft but not too soft, just the way I like it!

Rude staff!! )holloween night). Clising hours. Very disrespectfu staff working! I !Stopped at this location (midtown) after getting into town and 3 workers were there While placing my order. There was a girl at the registe, that had an attitude from the very beginning she got an attitude Because they were closing and she obviously was ready to go. As I'm ordering my sandwich informing the worker of everything that I want on my sandwich. One of the girls. Stated. You just need to pay for your food because we're closing.. at that point. I informed her that I did not like her attitude and she should practice or be trained on customer service. Another worker who then became very irate. And start clapping her hands and literally foaming out the mouth. She went so far as to come-from-behind The counter calling me every name but my own. Clapping her hands and coming ing towards me aggressly. The manager came from behind the counter approaching me instead of calming her employee down, a telling me l, I needed to leave as if I was the aggressor. I am starting at this level with my complaint as it was Sooo much more to tell just not enough space to do so. I've been going to the location for 5 years and haven't had any complaints until now. . The age definitely made a difference and the manorism showed they were young showiing a lack of customer service and professionalism. My complaint doesn't stop here. If I could have rated a ZERO for staff alone on this evening then I certainly would've!

This place used to be so fast at delivery but now it takes 45 minutes plus. With having a short lunch window at a corporate business, I’m going to have to take the orders we put in to another business.
