My wife and I were fortunate enough to celebrate her birthday at Pivot last Friday night. Our experience was next level and the food was unbelievable! Amazing ambience, and amazing staff. Strongly suggest Pivot for your next night out!
Omaha is absolutely spoiled with great steakhouses…but Pivot Prime is truly next level. When you leave a restaurant feeling pampered, it's not an accident, it’s carefully curated from the meatiest menu I have ever seen (soooo many choices)and the ambience to the flawless guest experience.

Elevated is a word that is catchy in the dining industry. If that's so, Pivot Prime is 35000 feet above the current Omaha steak and fine dining scene. Everything, every detail, right down to being presented with a box of fine cutlery for which to choose a steak knife, is resplendent. The wine offering is excellent. The maitre-d knows his stuff. Pivot Prime is an excellent restaurant with amazing food and incredible, friendly service. The atmosphere offers an amazing, next-level ambience that is classy, modern, and perfect for a night out, a celebration, or a lunch date. The staff is knowledgeable and makes guests feel seen and appreciated.
The menu features unbelievable and phenomenal dishes. Standouts include the Brussels sprouts, the thick-cut beef tallow fries, the steak frites, the salmon over sea greens, the asparagus, and the chicken mousseleline. There are also amazing seafood options like shrimp. For drinks, the coffee martini, lychee martini, donkey kongs brew, chocolate espresso martini, and banana cocktail are all fabulous. Desserts like the seasonal apple crumble, vanilla bean crème brulee, and chocolate mousse cake are highly recommended.
While most dishes are raved about, some, like the beef tallow bread appetizer or the salmon, can be underwhelming for some. However, the overall experience is awesome and well worth the price, considered a bargain for the quality. Pivot Prime provides a ribbiting and phenomenal dining experience that guests plan to return to embarrassingly soon.
