The GM of this store, Isaac, is genuinely a kind hearted man and ensured I had an Exceptional Experience with this Pizza Hut! I ordered online for delivery. Moments later Isaac called me to inform me his delivery driver was unable to be there, so he immediately said he would have it door dashed to me! The total was a bit over the balance of my debit card, bc I was planning to pay with cash. So I explained that to him…. So I had him delete my sick kiddo’s cookie and he applied additional discounts to make sure we got our food. When the order arrived, THE GIANT COOKIE ? was there!!! My daughter was happy. I just feel like people like Isaac deserve to be recognized for going the extra mile to ensure happy customers even when no one is watching or there to give him credit. He helped me bc he felt that was the right thing to do.This was all right before they closed too. I really appreciate you Isaac!And the pizza was incredible!!

It’s like they don’t want to help at all. Just order online because if you don’t they’ll play d*** like they don’t know how to work the registrar.. especially the Mexican chick.

I am frustrated with my experience. I ordered a pizza and pop for delivery. When it was delivered, the driver did not bring the pop. Then je told me it was not part of the order. I looked at the receipt and it was on there and paid for. I called Pizza Hut and was told the driver was on way to bring back out, however they never came. I originally called at 8:45 pm. Then called back several times between 9:30 -10 pm but was unable to talk to a luve person. I called back the following day and told the employee what happened. She told me that it was brought out by the door dasher. I explained again that I waited up until 10 pm and it was never delivered. She then asked if I wanted a $5.00 credit. I told her that would be nice. She said it would be credited to my number. I looked online tonight and could not see a credit. I'm very frustrated to not even get an apology from the store/employee and then to not even have them make it right. I would think twice about ever ordering from there again.

I really enjoyed our pizza. The only thing that bothered me is asking for delivery, I was instructed to go to another one because it out of area. I would have but it was closed. Ended up driving to get it. Some exceptions could made considering I was not that far.

Call ahead saying the food was wrong.When i try telling her that the order was place wrong. She then was saying she couldn't here me and then hangs up on me. When i came in to the restaurant to get my order made correctly she gave me a attitude about it.She was fat girl who has her nose pierced. Couldn't tell you her name because on the recite she gave had a different name on it and not hers. Won't ever order from this place again.
Ordered 16 pieces of chicken. A couple of the pieces where regular sized boneless wings. Most of them were small, not even half the size of what they are suppose to be. My 16 boneless looked like 7 pieces of popcorn chicken. And thise pieces were not even meat but the crust.

Was open on New Years Day and obviously they were extremely busy. Didn't stop the employees from being courteous and very prompt to get our order out the door.

A carryout/delivery location only. There is no dining room. My daughter and her friend crave the occasional Personal Pan Pizza. So, since this is pretty much the closest Pizza Hut to Gretna I end up here. I order via the app, it's ready quickly, it's hot and tasty, and the employees have always been friendly.

This my easily be the worst Pizza Hut location I have ever been to. They turn off online orders like an hour and a half before they close every night so you can’t place orders with your rewards account. I went into the store and asked one night why they turn off their online orders so early before they close and I got the answer we don’t want to be busy. Everybody in there has an attitude when you walk in the store. Whoever the manager is should be absolutely ashamed of themselves that you allow your store to be ran like that. I was in there a few weeks ago to pick up my carry out order and I stood at the front counter for 10 to 15 minutes before somebody came up. I watched the guy in the kitchen who is making the pizza stare at me like six times and never greeted me or walked out to see if I needed anything. I will be taking this further to corporate. Unacceptable how this location is ran.
