The person delivering the food was clearly on drugs rambling about nonsense. We called because he clearly shouldn’t have been driving and reached a manager who said she knew who we were talking about by the description and previous calls. She transferred us to the general manager who seemed less than concerned and requested someone else deliver a new order. 2 hours later from first order our food came and everything was wrong. So disappointed in how it was handled and that I waited so long for the food to be wrong!

Pizza Hut on Pacific St. in midtown Omaha is a pick-up/delivery location. They don't seem to get much walk-in business, but they accommodated us, and we were soon on our way with a tasty pizza. After a busy day as tourists in the city, we were happy to relax at the hotel and enjoy a good pizza.

Becos i didnt order a head i got ignored for 10or 15 min before being waited on i waited 20 min when i got my food mymelt was over cooked n too muxh seasoming my fries were undercooked idomt think i be going baxk anytyime soon if i do it will beto diff location i got email from head quarters say they wud send coupon i send em my address week later no coupon soo i email em again but they email is blocked what elseis new i never go back there n put on facebook that PLACE is BULLSHIT rather go to papa murphy or papa John's sbarro any WHERE else if this how they treat customer

I figure I give Pizza Hut a chance. I'm Definitely. not coming back here. This was horrible, the pizza was cold when I got it. The cheese from inside of the crust was outside of the crust, because I got a stuffed crust. It's like it's sat before the delivery driver came and got it and then deliver it. I'm going back to Papa John's, Godfathers, and Casey's for pizza.
Order was wrong again. No one answered the phone when I called the store. This isn't the first time and I'm probably not going to order from this store again.

I bought pizza last night , and woke up at 2am throwing up and with chills it is now 11:27 am and I am still throwing up . Pizza Hut gave me food poisoning I will not be returning back. The pizza was cold when arrived , Pizza Hut is only 7-10 mins from my house.

This Pizza Hut has very kind employees. The pizza was baked to perfection and the pasta and breadsticks were delicious, too. The delivery driver was also incredibly kind. Wonderful experience especially for a more fast-food-esque restaurant.
