I picked up a delivery the lady like forced me to take a picture of the pizza in the bag. She put the pizza in the bag for me and forced me to confirm the pick up. That’s not normal. I was supposed to get a picture of the receipt. And all they’re supposed to do is hand us the food I feel like I was possibly bullied maybe even singled out. I felt unsafe.

Tasted like dominoes I'll never go to that pizza again I usually go to the one on Maple Street the 7th Street make it a Domino's your pizza is that and how it could be so different from every other Pizza Hut 0 I will never ever ever ever ever go back to the Pacific Street and everybody I know I'll tell him don't go to Pacific Street

I am writing to formally address a serious and repeated issue I have experienced with your location. My most recent pizza delivery contained multiple hairs baked directly into the food not just resting on top, but clearly embedded during preparation. This is a fundamental violation of food safety standards.

When I called to report the contamination, I was told to bring the pizza back to the store myself. This is unreasonable considering I paid for delivery and was the one inconvenienced by your staff’s negligence.

Upon arriving at the store, I was met by the manager on duty, a middle-aged woman whose arms were visibly covered in thick, loose hair to the point where they were more noticeable than my own. It does not take a health inspector to connect the dots: without proper grooming or the use of protective sleeves, this is an obvious contamination risk. It is frankly alarming that someone in a leadership role in a food establishment would not take even the most basic precautions to prevent such contamination, especially given that this is not the first time I’ve experienced this issue from your location.

The manager’s dismissive demeanor and unwillingness to take responsibility made it clear there is little to no enforcement of hygiene protocols under her supervision. If your management refuses to address a visible and recurring sanitary hazard, then the problem is systemic, not accidental.

I am requesting a full refund, immediate corrective action, and written confirmation that proper sanitation measures including arm hair coverage or other appropriate barriers will be enforced for all food handlers. If this matter is not handled appropriately, I will be forwarding my concerns to the local health department.

Customers should never have to worry about unsanitary food preparation or managers who model and permit such practices.

I'm done with this store. In the past they double charged me and it was a hell of a time trying to get a refund, which I never received. Gave them another go. After an hour and half wait on an online delivery order this is what shows up to my door along with wings and no drink that I ordered. Driver says he'll be back with it so we will see if they rob me yet again. Never ordering from this place ever again.

Ordered cheese sticks and breadsticks. The breadsticks had 0 garlic and Parmesan. Just plain dry bread. Not sure how you forget to season the breadsticks. Very annoying after doing carry out, getting back to our hotel room and then noticing the error.

Spent 80 bucks and didn't get surprise extra. Always have. They wouldn't answer their phone or respond to online order. Had to go inside to place order. And they were rude. Said they only do surprise add one for online orders
But they would not respond, so I couldn't order online

Combo Rush

They made a harmless mistake on my Pizza, recognized it quick and took care of me lovely. Remade the pizza , let keep the smaller one and gave a free dessert. Friendly staff as well. Good place and good people.

Well over 1 hour for delivery on a Wednesday night. I don't know if I'll get the food i paid for at all.

The person delivering the food was clearly on drugs rambling about nonsense. We called because he clearly shouldn’t have been driving and reached a manager who said she knew who we were talking about by the description and previous calls. She transferred us to the general manager who seemed less than concerned and requested someone else deliver a new order. 2 hours later from first order our food came and everything was wrong. So disappointed in how it was handled and that I waited so long for the food to be wrong!

While this order took much longer than usual to complete because of the cash register system crashing I am statisfied. The staff was very personable and professional doing their best to rectify the delays despite an extremely busy evening.
