Not sure how I feel about this place yet. The food wasn’t bad, so I’ll probably try again. The bowl I ordered didn’t have the toppings listed, so I was a little disappointed in that, but that’s probably my fault for not asking. They also ran out of the spam musubi while I was waiting for my food. A little disappointing that they didn’t ask me ahead of time if I wanted anything else.
Part of the problem was there were only two employees in the entire place, and they were clearly struggling with how many people were coming through, needed at least a third person. Don’t know why a place this popular would keep low staff during dinner time. They were so rushed they almost gave me my food without actually ringing me through!

Excellent poke shop for middle America! Fresh ahi, great seaweed salad, well priced for the amount of food received. Always remember to add a musibi! Can't go wrong here

The service was friendly- we did an online order. We were sad to see that our food order was completely wrong and they swapped everything around in our bowls. We ended up having to reassemble everything ourselves at home.

I come frequently but this day was different. New girl I hadn’t seen before working. Only 2 issues… when she put my sauces on she loaded them. They usually ask how much flavor you want but she didnt. I had to tip my bowl over to get the excess out. And lastly when checking out I noticed I paid a lot more than usual but this time i got a drink so i thought maybe it was pricier than I thought. When i got back to work i mock ordered the same thing in the app to see if it came out to the same price and it was about $3 cheaper. I did a little digging and realized the girl charged me for a combo even though i didnt get a side. Only a bowl and a drink. Its very disappointing but I learned my lesson to question it while I am there still.
