I love pokeworks but the portion sizes are fairly inconsistent. I had to call and ask for more lettuce for my salad as it had barely any in there, my large order was barely half full in the container but when I got a medium it was filled to the top.
I do appreciate them letting me come back and get more lettuce and the worker on the phone was very friendly

Pokeworks is in our frequent rotation. It is always fresh, great poke options and delicious sauce options. We order delivery so didnt rate atmosphere. The order is always correct, the portions are good and price is reasonable.

Usually, I enjoy coming here but tonight I went in around 8:40 PM and walked inside and the worker immediately told me that they were closed even though the hours say they are open till 9 PM. I understand that she wanted to put things away and leave but closing 20 minutes before the posted hours is disappointing and they have lost out on business now

Ordered for pick-up and not only was it ready when it supposed to be, our bowls had just the right amount of everything and the sauce was just right too.
Not sure how I feel about this place yet. The food wasn’t bad, so I’ll probably try again. The bowl I ordered didn’t have the toppings listed, so I was a little disappointed in that, but that’s probably my fault for not asking. They also ran out of the spam musubi while I was waiting for my food. A little disappointing that they didn’t ask me ahead of time if I wanted anything else.
Part of the problem was there were only two employees in the entire place, and they were clearly struggling with how many people were coming through, needed at least a third person. Don’t know why a place this popular would keep low staff during dinner time. They were so rushed they almost gave me my food without actually ringing me through!
