I went through the drive through this day and everything I ordered was present in my bag when I got home the cashier at the window and speaker was pleasant as well so I was satisfied with my visit they do a good job at the location on 30TH so grateful to have them in the community.
Was good but Omaha store is completely different than council bluffs when I go to council bluffs Iowa store the soda come with combo alway does Omaha NE store says it doesn't and charges me 3.89 a soda also Iowa store gives me coupons for the next visit the Omaha store on North 30th says it agenist store policy they can't give out coupons and I've went there on North 30th a lot they always miss something and when I call they say I have to go back same night to get...
My online order turned into all legs. When I walked in to pick up the order, Bobbi the manager verified the order and that’s when we found out the order was wrong. She did a great job at getting it fixed, offered me a leg while I waited and threw in some pies. Great customer service amd I appreciated the fast fix. Thank you Bobbi.
