I usually enjoy great food with even better customer service. Unfortunately, the Store Manager, Chelsea Caruso, was dismissive of my concerns of slow service, while other individuals that "do not" share my physical features received great service. These concerns have been escalated.....

Red Lobster in Omaha is a favorite spot for many. The friendly and attentive service is often highlighted by the staff remembering returning customers. Bre was very patient, kind and helpful, bringing a bowl of cherries for a grandson and spending time talking to him. The atmosphere was almost nostalgic, with attentive waiters and waitresses. Jamie was great, very nice and professional. Food was very good and plentiful. Visitors coming from far away appreciate the special treatment and delicious food this restaurant has to offer, making it a must-visit when in town.
