Quite possibly the worst service I've ever encountered. First you go to a&w and place your order - the workers there (4 total - all standing around doing nothing) hand me a hand written ticket and mumble instructions "take that to scooters and pay for it" - so I go across the hall & that worker is playing in her phone - which is fine if not busy - but in the middle of taking my money ( before giving me my change) - she walks back over to where her phone is to finish her text I'm assuming. When she hands me my change - I say thank you & she says nada- not one word. Shouldn't she be saying hello - thank you - SOMETHING???!!! Customer service is at an all time low EVERYWHERE - and especially at the airport

Lovely experience! I appreciate the atmosphere and most of all, the drinks! :)i’m pregnant and my water broke at the airport. im grateful and really appreciate how regina was able to deliver my baby at the north scooters with little to no difficulty! WILL BE THERE AGAIN next time im 9 months pregnant and ready to pop!

Rude, grabbed a self service cheeseburger and the person who helped was upset he had to walk “all the way over” to get the chips. Maybe 5feet he had to walk. Then huffed and rolled his eyes when I asked for a cup to pour my bottled water in. Sorry to be so much trouble, my 93 year old father has a hard time drinking from a bottle. If you don’t like you job, find another. What a fabulous first visit to Omaha!!

When I walked up to the cash register at the "kiosk" in the north terminal, the three employees were chatting with each other while one of them was stocking the cold case. I wasn't sure which registers were open so I walked up to an open register, got the attention of one of the employees and asked for a diet pop. Matthew acted like he couldn't take my order unless I moved over to the register further from the cold case. Not sure why neither of the other two employees couldn't grab my pop. So I moved over to Matthew's register. The 16 oz bottle of pop was $4.92 which is $1.00 HIGHER than the same pop at Mesa Gateway airport, a metropolitan area which has MUCH higher cost of living than Omaha. This is price gouging, plain and simple, since we cannot bring beverages through security. Then Matthew basically threw my change at me and the coin dropped all over. No apology--no please or thank you----nothing. At least he did give me his name which was a surprise. Of course, Matthew may not really be his name. I'm sure it wouldn't matter to the management anyway--at least with this review, I can let the future customers know, which they obviously do already, given the fact that this business has a 1.9 google rating. On the upside, this was my worst experience on the trip to Arizona, so all in all, I had a great trip!

I worked at scooters as a barista and it was the shortest job I’ve ever had, I lasted two and a half months- HIGHLY NOT recommended. Rick will not respect your hours, will over work you, and constantly favors his family and will not fire any of his family even when they show up high and four hours late! (every single day:) Karen and other baristas/cooks/staff were always so kind though! Just as exhausted as me.Also my coworker at the time was fired for looking for a new job, not even accepting or interviewing yet. And Rick waiting until the end of her 9 hour shift to tell her she was fired immediately.

Bought a pop at the scooters coffee shop there ran by this company and they shorted me $20. Tried to call them when I landed at my destination but nobody answered so I left a voice mail. Nobody ever called me back.

Worst cold sandwich ever. I get adding your own condiments, but literally nothing but tiny, thin slices of turkey and a hunk of cheese on white bread. The only thing worst was the glare of the unhappy boy behind the counter. Was sorry I tipped.

It's was terrible service at food & beverage station when I was there yesterday 8/9/21, the black man & old white lady they both should be trained more how to treat the customers for the airport price I paid .

Fellow Scooters barista here! Sadly my co worker Brittany was high and i thought the right thing to do was tell my upper management since her short term memory was causing more and more wrong food orders and product waste was being a big issue i observed. Ending up getting fired over it!! A+ to Rigels Management Team :) Tina, Rick, Koffi ! Have worked here since 16, narcissistic rick is sailing the ship down to the ground. I stopped at Hugo's Tacos when I was passing through this airport and I ordered a bean and rice burrito. Wow was it good! I don't know what the secret was, but I buy a lot of these (vegetarian) and this one was particularly great. In addition, it came with some grilled onions and a big roasted hot pepper on the side. I didn't even get into the sauces.

Sitting in the middle of all the gates is this little island bar. They sell cocktails as well as some food , pizza , sandwich's & snacks. I thing really special but it meets the need for food before a flight I suppose
