Don't Eat At The Food Court Before TSA
I was there yesterday and the level of cleanliness and trained staff was pitiful. I ended up tossing my $14 salad in the trash as it looked beautiful but as I was standing to order there were gnats flying all around the food and on the limes. Behind the counter look so grimy and unclean, especially with the trash bag in the sink. There were 2 new staff women that were so lost on how to make a salad and a sandwich. There was no one else here and it still took 25 minutes to get two sandwiches. And bottles of pop are $5 each. It’s an airport so I get it, but wow.
Terrible customer service. 2 bartenders talking to one another instead of helping/serving customers or cleaning off bar. Unfortunately only choice in terminal B gates 11-20.
